The trail from Phakding leads to various Sherpa villages: Rimijung, Benkar and Chhamuwa which offers serene beauty in the Himalayan region. Climb through the magnificent forest of rhododendron, fir and Mongolia trees until you arrive at the boarder of Sagarmatha National Park at Monjo village. Submit your TIMS card and National park entry card before you move ahead. From Monjo, the trial advances through Tenzing-Hillary suspension bridge over Dudh-Koshi river in Jhorsale village which is the confluence of Dudh-Koshi and Bhote-Koshi rivers. The trek concludes at Namche, the largest tourist hub in Everest region. Namche has all the amenities to spend the night at fully accommodated hotel.

Day 05: Acclimatization and Exploration day Duration: 4 Km, 4-5 hrs
The day at Namche will be the day for exploration and acclimatization. Health expertise suggests acclimation is necessary in Everest region trek to avoid Acute Mountain Sickness (AMS). On this day, the guides arrange short trek from Namche to other Sherpa settlements in the Khumjung valley. The short trip heads towards the Everest view hotel, one of the world’s highest hotels in the world for tea break and also for panoramic view of Mt. Khumbila (5,761m), Mt. Thamserku (6,623m), Mt. Everest (8,848m), Lhotse (8,516m) and Ama Dablam (6,812m). The trail then climbs uphill to Khumjung and Knude village with the physically fit trekkers. The trekkers with weak physical fitness can return to the lodge at Namche. The trail afterward offers the glorious view of towering peaks Ama Dablam while descending down to the villages: Lawichasa and Tashinga via dense juniper forest. Then, the trail steps downward to Phunki Thanga; a beautiful village which offers the magnificent view of clustered houses beside Dudh Koshi river, hermitages, army barrack, water driven prayer wheel and green hills under blue canopy. Walking through the dense and tall rhododendron forest and suspension bridges for about 2 hours from Phunki Thanga, you reach at Tengboche. The village has the largest Gompa (monastery) of this region, Tengboche Gompa which performs sacred Mani Rimdu festival in the month of October-November. Overnight, stay at a lodge at Tengboche.

Walking uphill from Orso along Imja river offers the pristine view of the Himalayas which inspires trekkers to continue the journey to Dengbouche. For tourists, ‘The summer valley’, Dengbouche is the ideal stop for night stay and acclimatization.

08: Acclimatization and Exploration day at Dingboche Duration: 3 Km, 4-5 hrs
As the trial takes elevation above 4000m, trekkers feel symptoms of Acute Mountain Sickness (AMS). Therefore, as per health expertise, Dingboche is the perfect place for the final acclimatization. Hiking at Dingboche is the best way to enjoy the rest day, climate, landscape, tradition, in Chhukung valley. The sun appears late till evening and the breeze is soft, so the short excursion to Nangkar Tshang peak (5,616m) is awe-inspiring. The trail to Nangkar Tshang is steep uphill and demands extra physical stamina; but your struggle becomes worthy as it offers the glistering sight of Island peak (6,189m), Thamserku (6623m), Ama Dablam (6,856m), Mt. Makalu (8,463m) along with other few peaks. Also, visit Nangkar Tshang Gompa on the way to your return to Dingboche. As the trial elevated further higher, some may feel symptoms of AMS like nuisance, vomiting and mild headache. Walk slowly but steadily to avoid AMS. After walking for 2-3 hours through rocky path, we get at the last human settlement, Gorakshep. The climate of the village is too cold as it is located at the elevation of 5,164 m. Gorakshep is the junction from where the path separates to Kalapatthar and EBC. Only physically fit trekker can ascend and descend Kala Patthar on the same day while other trekkers keep the hike to Kala Patthar for next day. The trail from here now is full of sand pit and boulders which makes the trek more strenuous. Never lose hope! Be motivated! The best moment of your life is awaiting you at a few distance. It takes 2 hours to reach at the destination, Everest Base Camp. Once you subjugate the Base camp (5,364m), all the pain will be faded away by the tranquil scenery of Khumbu ice fall, sparkling view of mountain peaks. Celebrate your triumph. Some Important Note & Useful information during travel with Himalaya Chyangpa
Main Your safety is of paramount concern while traveling with Himalaya Chyangpa Treks  . Please note that your leader has the authority to amend or cancel any part of the itinerary if it is deemed necessary due to safety concerns. Every effort will be made to keep to the above itinerary,  however, since this adventure entails travelling in remote mountainous regions, we cannot guarantee that we will not deviate from it. Weather conditions, health condition of a group member, unexpected natural disasters, etc., can all contribute to changes in the itinerary. The leader will try to ensure that the trip runs according to plan, but please be prepared to be flexible if required.

Please  Note This for incase :  that often the Kathmandu-Lukla-Kathmandu flight gets delayed by a few hours or may even be canceled for one, two, or more days due to unfavorable weather conditions. Such conditions may arise even in the best seasons. Hence, in such cases, you must be prepared for long waits both at Kathmandu or Lukla airports, as this can happen either at the start or end of the trek or even both! We do our best to avoid such delays, and secure you the next flight. However, we suggest you to be prepared for possible delays/cancellation, and if possible to come with some extra buffer days (1-2 days) at the end of the trip to accommodate such delays. We also organize heli rescue in such conditions, if it's available and upon request by our clients. The helicopter charges around USD 5000 and it can lift 4-5 people per flight. If everything runs smoothly and if interested, you can also enjoy other activities like sightseeing, rafting, wildlife activities, shopping, etc during your buffer days.
In case, the flight delay/cancellation happens at the start of trip and it goes so long that it disturbs your travel schedule,

You are free to choose an alternative trip: such as trekking in the Annapurna, Langtang, or any other regions. If you are not interested in the alternative trip and would rather wait for the trip, you are welcome to wait in Kathmandu for as many days as it takes to get a flight to Lukla. However, please note that there will be no refund, if you lose your time waiting at the airport and do not take an alternative tour or you only do a short trek later due to time limitation. If the cancellation happens before the trip, we will provide you accommodation and lunch in a guesthouse in Kathmandu. In case of the flight delay/cancelation after the trek ends, you will be responsible for all your expenses. Also note that you will not be entitled to any refund for the services (such as hotel, transport, flight, etc) included in the package that you would not use later.
Note : The itinerary  will be always flexible  recording on your  health condition, weather, etc.
